Cement Chimneys, Brick Chimneys, Stone Chimneys, Cafe Windows, Mere's Build Sets

These build sets were made by Mere to match a windows and door set by Kiri. You can find Kiri's windows and doors at the N99 Neighbourhood Pack. 
All the Base game and Uni expansion Windows were done in the same colors, as was the Maxis value doors.
