  1. All textures are derived from the Sims1 Game. Therefore its quite ok to use the textures from the walls, etc for your own creations. I claim no ownership of them, no credit is required.
  2. All recolours, walls and floors in this theme are fully File-shareable, and may be included on lots.
  3. These files are to remain permanently free. If used on lots at a pay-site (e.g. TSR), a link MUST be included in the description to back here so that the subscribers know that they can get them free.
  4. The description is not to be changed. However no read-me file is required.
